Modular Units. Choose your model, they build it at the factory in 4 parts, then they drop your garage down that days its shipped. All for much less too.

I do not remember the discount on Racedeck, but definately call them direct. The owner is a VCA member & posts here.

I love mine, especially in the winter the floor is never cold.

If you order racedeck I have a template that you can use & save. Then you can design your floor on your computer. Racedeck has on on their site but you cannot save it.

Buy kneepads, they will help alot when installing. Easy installation, I did a 3 car garage in about 3 hours minus the pieces that need to be trimmed. Triming pieces with a table saw took another 3 hrs.

That's a pretty good idea....
Actually it's an attic vent I had made...Thought it would add a nice touch without being TOO obvious of where my loyalties lie....
Hope it doesnt hurt the resale value

In NY one has to complete framing and get under roof between rain and snow storms.

Scott has another month or two before it rains. No worries about snow or cold weather.

Worked for a contractor in WV many years ago and the weather dictated the construction schedules.

nice but, I think this is the slowest project I have ever seen :( you need NY contractors to finish this :)

LOL, this shop is going up like a rocket compared to mine.

I have no contractors period, just me. At a year and a half and counting, I'm 2/3 done. I figure about another year before 100% complete, plan to start the office addition this fall.

Hi Scott,

You are welcome!

Dodge/DC has earned my Brand Loyalty which may influence my opinion.

I think that the Five Star touch on your garage is a very creative idea.

I like the star. It’s subtle and most won't even know it’s a car thing. They will just think that it’s a sky light. LOOKS GREAT!

Nice improvement. Hey Scott, I've never seen a foundation wall just poured on top of a slab like that, are you legal with this one? It would give me choices I was not aware of.

Its all legal, we have passed 3 inspections so far, just need to pass "final".

The slab was added to on 3 sides, the foundation wasnt poured "on top"...Im no builder, but I am sure everything is ok ...They had to trench down about 4 feet on the side near the pool before they poured...
