need advice about polishing 304 stainless steel?

What would you guys use on polished stainless steel that had a mirror shine, right now it has a shiney looking bronze color from heat. I want to get it back to the silver chrome look. The stainless steel part is 304 and it's an exhaust system.

I bought this stuff from the Honda dealer a few weeks ago. I've yet to use it, but it's made exactly for your requirements. It's called BLUE JOB, look them up at blue-job.com . The top of the cap says it's for Chrome and stainless steel.

I use a product "Simichrome", by Happich. It works great. It's made in Germany and imported byCompetition Chemicals in Iowa Falls, Iowa

Use any of the above mentioned polishes w/#0000 steel wool...THAT is the key...
