Looking for RT/10 Steering Crossmember

Hi All

I hope someone can assist in finding a Steering Crossmember for 96 RT/10.

I have the vehicle here in Australia. The original steering crossmember was cut out to convert the viper to right hand drive as required to drive on Australian roads.

Now the vehicle is older than 25yo it can be used as a left hand drive.

I am converting the vehicle back to original left hand drive.

Pic attached of the part needed.

It looks like it was available to purchase as part of the Mod 998 recall. Part number CAAM9983. Anybody holding NOS of this kit?

Ha! That's my car in the bottom photo! The arrowspoint to the cracks that generated the front frame recall. Contact OldSchool via PM, or Don Scharf Auto in Wisconsin for salvage parts. In your case, Dodge just *might* make parts available for you. You could need some Club help here.

Hey Dean, grabbed the pic from this site when looking for info on the 983 Mod.

Appreciate the starting point.

I will contact oldschool and Don this week.

Any ideas how to start / who to initiate with Dodge?
