Need East Bay Northern Calif Smog Recommendation

I live in the East Bay of Northern Calif and made an appointment at the Stoneridge Dodge dealer for a smog check yesterday. After driving there they told me they were under new ownership and not licensed to do smog tests. I asked why they took the appointment that same day and they were at a loss to explain. Anybody have a recommendation for a competent trust worthy repair shop who can do smog checks in the East Bay area.

My Viper is currently in San Mateo, soon to be returning to Las Vegas, I have used Hayward Dodge. Never had any problems with their service.
