Need help flushing the clutch fluid

Does anyone know of a step by step how-to on flushing the clutch fluid on the web? I discovered my clutch fluid was black yesterday

It's somewhat of a PITA IMHO. The hard part is keeping the air out of the system. I did mine the traditional way and air got into the system through the drain plug, took 20 minutes of pedal pumping to get the air out. I've heard of some people doing it the traditional way, while I've heard others have pumped the fluid in from the drain end and siphoned the old fluid out through the reservoir. I have no idea what works best.
