Need help identifying gen 1 aftermarket exhaust

Anyone recognize this exhaust? It is stamped
“CANADA
A.T.S.”
But I can’t find any info about an aftermarket exhaust company with that name.

Kind of looks handmade to me, but hard to say without seeing it in person. Wonder if someone just bought the mufflers and welded them on to the stock pipes. Still doesn't answer the question I suppose.
