Hello
I bought a new crank and bearings, but one of the bearings gets to small when we put it in place. We tryed with the others, and the result was the same.
Is there anyone who has the correct spec for the housing bore and the main bore? The engine is a -01 but i have a replacement engine wich is a -00, so if the specs are different, i would like them also.

Best regards

Lethal was trying to say(I think) to ask this question over at the alley. The people that know the question are over there more than they are here.

I'm no engine builder, but I can read from a bearing book. Per the Clevite manual:

Gen 2 Main Bearing Housing Bore: 3.1925" - 3.1930"

Gen 2 Rod Bearing Housing Bore: 2.2500" - 2.2505"

Crankshaft diameter (stock)

Mains 2.29996" - 3.0004"

Rods 2.1240" - 2.1250"
