NEVCA / NY-CT VCA Mt. Washington Cruise (pics)

Hi all,

The NEVCA / NY-CT VCA joint venture of a cruise around the Mt. Washington area was a great success. I believe that all members in attendance had a great time on the scenic route that was planned by our NEVCA Vice Pres. Jeff Torrey. The New York members stayed at the Mt. Washington hotel the night before and our New England members showed up at the hotel on Saturday at about 12:40 in the afternoon. We had a quick lunch and then hit the road. Some very nice scenery along the way. It really turned out to be a great day, other than my little speeding infraction of 80 in a 65 on the way back home piloting Dave Dugals '97 GTS. I have now officially been introduced to the NH State Police, but oh well getting to drive that beast was well worth the fine.

Nice pictures, Nick. For a day that started as a washout, we had a really good time and great weather up in the mountains of NH.

The above picture was taken at 80mph and the lanes were merging down to one. We had a great day with some very spirited driving.
