How can a car with a salvage title not be abused.

This GTS auction states It has never been abused however it has a salvage title. Is their some other way to get a salvage title?

I suppose if the car was stolen (driven very nice by the thieves) then stripped (with care) and it would cost more to reassemble the car than its worth......then it could be a salvage that has never been abused......
FAT CHANCE!!

It could have been a flood damaged car - that frequently qualifies as a salvage car.

Isnt running a car into tree or something abusing it???
And I think filling it up with water is abuse too.
I suppose we need to define abuse....

Hey that's the same radio as in my '00 ACR. I guess it's original. I thought the French guy who sold me the car had put it in. Now I'll like it :2tu:

Back in 93 I bought a Porsche 930 from Arizona that had salvage title allegedly from an insurance scam where the car was reported stolen and given to a family member in another state. I was skeptical of the story and got the owners name from some papers and was able to confirm that she actually was behind bars for insurance fraud. The car was cherry.

I've seen the car, one of the local Viper techs drove it to the Nextel Cup race here. Looks OK, he said it ran great, but I forget the reason for the salvage title. The place selling it mostly sells used Harleys and *** lot type vehicles. They buy the wholesale junk that our dealership and others don't keep.

That car has been raced a lot. Especially around Vegas there are a few places where you can run a car above 200mph ...
