Just wanted to share with the group on how the latest mods effected the dyno numbers. Replaced the S/C belt--after 40K miles--due to slipping at high rpm's. Deleted stock cats and went with high flow cats. Changed the stock dual butterfly Throttle body to a a single blade throttle body. Surprisingly, the mods released another 38rwhp--from 688whp to 726whp.

The new belt helped produce over 9 lbs from the stock Paxton pulley. I didn't realize it was capable (9 lbs) on a stock pulley? I understand I flirting with destroying the stock internals, but the tuner went safe (rich) on the high end.

ALL OVER
id confirm that boost, doesnt sound right.

the fuel system is scarier than the boost on a stock paxton kit at that power level

I agree with Phil. It's one thing to sit still on a dyno and another thing completely to launch off the starting line at 1G.

I dragged my car and it was running 12.5 revving out 200' before the finish line (5.13gears) and when I bolted on my 14X32Ws my car went 12.7 and wouldn't rev past 5500rpms (instead of 7200). Problem was the launch on the slicks ran the car nearly out of fuel and it was the fuel pump being too small.

How can the car be making 600 to the wheels at 4,800 rpm's? There is no way with a stock motor and stock paxton kit.

Well **** now maybe I see how. The car was at 13.0:1 AFR at just under 10lbs of boost. I cannot believe it has not blown up. I am at 10.8:1 at 6,000 rpm's with my paxton and I have no cats, and no mufflers. Those pistons are history once a couple street pulls are done at high 12's AFR.

I found it interesting that the car made over 500rwtq at 2500rpms.
