I'm not really sure which wheel you're talking about. You can buy a quick release kit ( www.ltbmotorsport.com/dilquicrelhu.html ) for about $110.00. It works with any Momo steering wheel. You'll still need a Momo hub for installation, another 60 bucks. That is the only detachable Momo set up I'm aware of. And this wheel also looks good!
