New upgraded engine advertised by Mopar-quest

Okay..I was reading my Viper mag and Mopar advertises their Viper Engine as an upgrade from the GEN I engines. Now I've been told by many people on this board you can and can't do it. Why is mopar saying you can. All I need is the engine and harnesss from them right?

You can do the swap, but it takes both the engine and the engine harness... and a number of other misc. parts that many might not think of....like a different throttle cable for starters...

Anything is doable, with enough patience. Heck, Lingenfelter is getting 725 hp/740 lb-ft torque out of a naturally aspirated engine.
