The NM Viper Club has donated $3,250 to the Marine Law Enforcement Foundation that benefits families that have lost someone in duty. The Fun Run Event was on April 26. Over 150 people participated in a poker fun run. A Big Rig, a Helicopter and our Vipers did a photo shoot. All the other classics, muscle,mopar, exotic cars also had an opprotunity for their cars to do a photo shoot with the Big Rig and the Vipers.
In May we had the Colorado, Wyoming, Utah Club join us in Santa Fe New Mexico. Have you ever been leading 33 Dodge Vipers all going down the interstate in line together. That was a real thrill for me. We visited the Unser Museum, Albuquerque Biotanical Gardens, and the Sandia Mountains Tramway. The longest tram ride in the world. We had a great time with just terrific people. This VCA event was the collaboration of Jim Johnson Colorado Viper Club President and Michael Shepherd the NM Viper Club President.
In June we had a Mopar and NM Viper Club Car Show. Participants all won plaques and got to see other Mopar cars.
In July we had a BBQ at one of our Club Members home, where there was good food, good company, and lots of conversation about our favorite topic. "Our Vipers." Also one of our Viper Owners is getting married and we found that out at the BBQ.
