Hello All,
On Sunday, Oct 25th we will have the Northern Virginia Cow Country
Cruise and Buffet at Charlestown Races and Slots in WV. For those of you
who attended this cruise and brunch last time, you know what a great venue
this is and the cruise is LOTS of fun. With the leaves continuing to turn
on the trees, this should be an even better time to get out and enjoy our
Vipers. The weather forecast right now is sunny and mid-60's...a perfect
day to go ******* for those with RT/10s and SRT verts!
We will meet at Ferrari of Washington at 10:00 and depart at 11:00.
Brunch will be at the Skyline Terrace at Charlestown Races and Slots at
1:00 PM and we will once again have private parking right outside the
valet station. For those bringing kids under 18, there's no problem with
them coming to the casino, they just have to stay with you on the pathways
to and from the restaurant (i.e. they can't run around in the casino or
sit in your lap while you play the slots.
) The buffet is $27 per
person and this includes gratuity and tax. Kids 3 and under eat free and
kids age 4-10 are half-price. The Skyline Terrace offers a fantastic
spread and overlooks the race track.
I would like to ask one small favor of everyone who attends. Since we are
eating under a group reservation, it's very burdensome for the wait staff
to have to split up the bill for people needing to pay with a credit card.
So if you can please bring cash, that would help the wait staff
immensely. Thanks so much.
