Just went to the garage...removed 95 oil cap, and replaced it with 97 oil cap ( that says Mobile 1 )...no problem with fit...seems to me that they are the same except for logo (BOTH click at full tight position)...and the small number stamped on inside of both caps is the SAME). Sorry that I don't know Dodge's part number...suggest you ask for a 97 and later style cap. Some parts guys still get mixed up on 96's as there were both Gen I (RT/10) and Gen II (GTS) engines made that year. Good luck!
