oil pan gasket torque spec?

I hope to stop an oil leak by replacing my original oil pan gasket with a sandwiched neoprene one from Partsrack. Does anyone know the appropriate torque specs?

What does your gasket look like, I have a stock 97 that is the neoprene style and I have reused it several times without any leaks. I am very careful with the torque. It is similar to the valve cover gaskets which I have also reused a dozen times.
