ONLY KIDDING! Sorry, but i just wanted to get your attention! :D

ok, here is the real story behind this post.

jay and I have decided that we would like to finally get a list together for the Registry, of all the parts on our cars that interchange with other cars.

the first item i know of is our rear view mirrors. they are off of a Mitsubishi Eclipse? Is this right?

tell us the rest of the parts that you know of in this thread so we can get this list started. THANKS!

I think there was already a post about this that had a ton of interchange parts.

The ford headlight switch really hurt me the most.

If you mean the side view mirrors, they are off a Mitsubishi 3000GT. Not sure about the rearview mirror, but I've never heard of any Eclipse parts being on a Viper. I've got a 98' Eclipse Spyder (which happens to be for sale ;) ) and nothing looks the same to me

The ford headlight switch really hurt me the most.

Anyone know the year/model they're off of? I need one

Not sure if the 96 model had the gen2 or gen1 headlight switch...
Its the Gen2 twist style switch that's a ford part...Same part that i have in my ford van :(

Gen 1 spindles and a arms-Dakota
If you ever go to a tire shop and they can't find the right configuration for their balancing machine, just tell them Dakota.

But not off just any beetle. Believe they are off the upgraded SUPER BEETLE!!

I actually drove one a super beetle in college. Its claim to fame was a curved windshield, different front suspension, and a fan for the heater.

Right, it is only the hub that is from the Dakota. Not the entire A-arm.
