Passenger mirror repair/replace?

During an AutoX a pylon flew up and knocked the passenger mirror out of it's socket. The interior mechanism still operates the mirror but the body of the upper half where the mirror is enclosed will not stay attached. With the upper half
aside, it appears as though the internal plastic tube that holds the upper half on to part of the mirror that is attached to the body has broken in two.
Anybody have an idea on a repair?

The car is a total loss...I'll give you $100 for it. (Or, if you want to keep it..Take it to a body shop.)
