Passenger window auto down works when the door is opened, but does not go back up when the door is closed.

My car is a 2003. As the title states, when the passenger door is popped, the window goes down about an inch like it's supposed to, but when the door is closed the window does not roll back up. Also, the auto down feature on the passenger side window switch doesn't work. Other than that, the window seems to function normally. Not a huge issue, but it annoys me that I know it exists. Already tried to relearn process.
