Does anyone know if the PCM can control each bank (right and left) of fuel injectors independently based on right and left O2 sensor voltages or do the right and left sensors just act as verification of each other and the PCM reacts to the average of both?

Thanks

Hi Ron,
Fuel injector pulsewidth is independently adjusted on left and right banks based in closed loop mode. Both have short term, long term and adaptive cell memories which are designed to adjust the mixture as needed.

Okay, next question. Is the pulse width the same for all runners on each bank as set up from the factory? Meaning is there any compensation for possibly the cylinders furthest to the rear getting less air than the cylinders closest to the throttle bodies?

Yes and no. No independent control possible as I understand it.
