Performance Mopar Controller

Does anyone know of any Performance Mopar Controllers in stock? I've been trying to get one for a few months to solve my "check engine light" staying on after adding Borla exhaust and Edelbrock headers to my 2000 GTS. I've been told this would correct the problem but cahn't find one. Help!!!
