Had a great time with the Lotus club on their cruise up to Yarnell & Bagdad. What a great group of guys/gals. The sales manager at Scottsdale Lotus organized the ride and had a group of Lotus and other exotics show up. The Ferrari F430 was amazing. Followed him for a while. What a sweet song that exhaust makes!

The trip was a blast. When seeing all of the Lotus's[sic] together on the road the ladies called them skittles.

We hoped for more Vipers and Snake posted the trip up on the board but only the two of us showed up. No sweat, that is a great drive and we would be up for a Viper drive up there any time.

Sorry i missed it. I thought it was this coming sunday the 28th. Maybe next time. We should set up up another drive before the end of the year. Any idea's ??

See any cops/photo radar? I used to go up that way a couple times a year; but, nowadays I am worried about getting a big ticket if I were to drive it to have "fun."

The only cop I saw was a Peoria PD officer set up on Carefree Hwy. Luckily, cars coming towards us were flashing their lights like crazy and we knew to slow down.

We did not see any DPS officers. Maybe everyone is off because the of the holiday season? Some trips you see a cop every 20 or 30 miles, other trips, nothing.

Curb weight: 3460 lbs

Our cars are whales compared to those little go-carts! 2ft longer, 8 in wider and 4 in higher. Not to mention the 1500 lb weight difference. The stock Elises (non supercharged) are running 189 hp. Mustang GT fast. They had one Exige in the group running 288 hp to the wheels. Fast car!
