You can use the Paint program that comes with Windows. Go to Start - Program - Accessories - Paint

Open your mgwtag.jpg in the Paint program.

Go to Image - Stretch and Skew

Select the percent you would like to shrink or enlarge your file.

Click Ok

Select File - Save As

Good call Chuck! I sent Marc the same directions a little earlier. Must not have gotten the e-mail yet. Nonetheless, I took the liberty of fixing the photo and changing the title. GORGEOUS car and love that plate frame. I have one just like it - almost. Somehow mine says "Woodhouse" just below the plate itself. Perhaps it was because I wouldn't put the Woodhouse Dodge logo in the back glass - those neon lights were just too distracting at night... Keep those great pictures coming!
