Proper Jacking Procedure?

I'm a new owner and need advice on safely jacking up my ACR. I have a Sears floor jack with the round lift pad. I'd like to get it completely off the ground to get the wheels off, change brakes, change oil, etc.

Thanks to Bill Pemberton for the April fools Sunday delivery and getting me into this fantastic machine!
