question about painting/stripping dash

did you guys strip and paint the black gage surrounds on the dash or did you mask them off?

Painted all yellow, looks good. You do get alot of reflection on the windshield. Just where sun glasses.

I did. It would be very difficult to strip the grey and not the black.

How are you planning to strip the paint? There was a post a while back about using "Easy Off". If that method works, it will save you alot of time and headaches - as I did mine the old fashioned way with a lot of elbow grease (and many beers.) I added a little color to mine and am pretty happy with the results:
