On my 96 GTS, the passenger sill has some corrosion and paint bubbling. I am thinking about replacing both with the Autoform units and I have a few questions:

- How is the quality?

- How is the company for customer service?

- Did you use the factory insulation or a different method?

- Any damage to the fiberglass due to heat issues?

Thanks

I will be installing some end of this month.

Customer service is good; I had a question and they actually called vs. email.
I will use the factory insulation .
They designed these for race cars, so there is a built in heat shield in the upper section.

I got a better than advertised price by going through JonB.

Explaining Viper things to you
I have them on my car. +1 on get them from Jon B at Parts Rack.

As far as quality goes, I give them an 8 out of 10. From a picky person, that's actually a compliment.

Complaints...

Pre-drilled holes did not line up on the bottom. Why drill them if I just have to fill them?

Lots of time involved in what now is a perfectly fitting well refined part.
