Almost. After an eyeful (literally) My friend has learned not to stand by the front of the car when it's running. My '99 radiator fan kicks on like a hurricane. It will blow dust & dirt up onto my car almost anywhere I have to come to a stop. It is really irritating to wash the car and have it covered in dirt within minutes.
Is this something with the '99 models only or is mine defective somehow? I looked up this problem in search and didn't find any mention of it.
