Rear speaker grill part number / how do you remove them??

Made the mistake of using my car for a Lowe's run this weekend. Had something in the truck and it rolled back and dented/scratched the speaker grill. I would like to replace it.. How do you remove them? It appears to be rivited(man, nothing is easy in these cars).. Also, anyone know the part number? thanks

I doubt you can buy just the grill. It's probably part of the complete carpet assembly. You may be better off replacing both or repair and repaint.
