Why can I not post under the regional forums? Trying to post with my fellow Illinois viper club members. Also why can I not set-up a avitar?

Then do this.
PM one of the moderators here-lee00blackandsilverGTS, kcobean, or CitySnake with all your information-VIN, address, and membership number so they can check it.
(Only they can see your information). They will update your status here to VCA member.
