There are a few different threads with pics which will help, one recently by illsmoqu. Here is a quick a dirty.
1. Remove bolts for upper portion of middle console.
2. remove shifter knob
3. pull up on lower console since it snaps in place. Becareful dont pull too hard. Remove window and lighter plugs.
4. Once removed, remove bottom screw from upper console
5. Pull upper section out a few inches and remove AC and starter plugs. the ac wiring harness will be a bit tight. pull gently on the wires to create some space and then remove. It is a bit of a pain but not too bad.
6. Remove lower driver dash panel - two screws and pull gently
7. Remove speaker cover - simply pry from the front with plastic screwdriver or alike.
8. Remove center steering column. Two screws from underneath and pull apart. Another pain. Tabs are on the sides of the seam towards the back.
9. pull gently on dash assembly at upper left corner then every 10 inches or so. It is help in back the same snaps that the lower center section is help in.
I just did mine as i had it painted Viper black. Not to bad at all. Should take roughly 45 minutes to have it out without any trouble.
