Rim Help needed

OK today did not start off like I had hoped--doing a favor for someone caused me great pain when, because they were late, I backed into the curb while trying to park. Yea I know pretty stupid but that's life I guess. My quest now is to find a way to correct the slight damage to the rim. The outer lip is scuffed in three to four places some minor some major. What can be done to save the rim and if not Does anyone have one rim for a 2001 RT/10? Any help is appreciated.

There are wheel shops that specialize in rim repairs. Check with some local Viper tuners or I'm sure someone on the board can recommend a shop close to you.

If you want to replace the rim, you can usually find single rims for sale on Ebay.

It's the same with the rims.

I believe I saw a one rim deal on ebay. Go to ebay and go to parts and acessories and put in the word Viper or Viper Wheel and that should take you to the item. I am not sure if it is still there but doesn't hurt to check it out.

Thanks for the response:
katzmeifucan97gts--I should have given more detail--it is the Rear Wheel I scuffed and the one on Ebay is for the front only--but thanks it makes me think that getting it repaired is the way to go--800.00 on Ebay 1200.00 from the dealer--Guess you never know what kind of day it's going to be.
I'll contact my Viper Tech and see who they recommend, in the mean time does anyone know a good shop in the New Jersey area?

I believe someone not to long ago recommended the following place for repairs. I wrote it down because,like you, I scraped my rim and intend to fix it this winter. Hope this helps.

Have it repaired. Should only run about 100.00 + shipping. Cheaper than buying a new/used one.

Check with your Viper tech and see who he/she or his/her body shop uses. They see a lot of scraped up vehicles.
