I have some concerns about my ROE. Just had to replace my first tank of gas after the install and only got like 6.73 MPG on that tank. SO how long does it take to brake-in the Roe so your mileage gets back to normal.

It will only get worse as you learn to maintain traction with the hammer down. :usa:

Check your AFR, maybe you are running too rich.
If you don't have a Dyno it's better to have an LM-1 or a similar tool. Your car might need an adjustment.
Or just check your spark plugs ...

That is pretty bad... you sure the gauge is correct? Even boosting all the time, you shouldn't be using that much fuel. running too rich could be doing that also, but that would mean you are _extremely_ rich...

Good luck!

Sounds rich to me. I averaged 19mpg heading to VOI after my install (that incuding hitting the dead dog in the road and everything) :D

Brad,

Check your tail pipes, are they black? Check a couple of plugs. Do you smell fuel?? Sometimes if the injectors are not installed right you can also get fuel leakage. If you do smell fuel, this is extreme and should be dealt with soon. If your tech in Idaho can not help you, Sean will always help. Give him a call.

On the dyno my A/F was 13.3, I also checked it with my LM-1. I have custom cards to get me to 11.8/12.0 A/F but haven't installed. I'll pull plugs and look at the back.
Thanks

Yep, you need to richen that thing up.....and there is something wrong if your getting that mileage. The blower doesn't really have a break in period....I'm sure it loosens up a little, but I don't know if you can measure that in fuel mileage.

What is your a/f at idle? What a/f is it at while cruising under light acceleration? You should be around 14.5-15.5:1. My guess is that you are why rich in both of those areas which is causing your poor gas mileage.

BTW, what kind of HP did you develop?

Congrats on the upgrade.

Todd good to see you checking in. Both the dyno and the LM-1 showed 17.5 to 19.0 a/f at light acceleration and 13.3 under hard acceleration. I have new custom cards but weather hasn't let me get any new info. The one time I was able to get to the dyno I made just under 600 rwhp and a little over 600 rwtq. I also played with a small shot and got 670 rwhp and 778 rwtq.
