Roe charger or heads and cam on my 02

A bit early but next year i am going to do some mods on the viper(hopfully)..
I have a full borla and alloy flywheel..
Would i be better of bolting a roe charger on,or heads and cam package with 70mm TBs.....

Go with both because as soon as you finish one mod. The next mod you do will require you to redone what you done the first time
