RT/10 Belt Tensioner removal???

Hello, could someone please explain to me how to remove the Belt Tensioner on a 94 RT/10. I'm hoping it doesn't require a "special tool" for removal....Thanks!!

Biff -

I may have misinformed you. You can get to it from the back side of the bracket with a 15 mm deep socket. I'll be at the shop all day today (July 4) if you need assistance.
