In dillsburg pa of all places (RT-15). just happened to be in the viper too. i initiated a wave and got no response. pretty sure he saw me as well b/c we both just got green lights and no other cars around either of us. he's lucky i didn't have time or i'd have made a U-turn and wiped that v8 smile off his face.
