I am in the process of installing 6 point harnesses and a couple audio tweaks on my '06 coupe. The seats are pretty straight forward;
Disconnect the battery
Move the seat forward and recline it neutral.
There is a single 2 lead plug in the back/underneath the seat. Unplug
There are 2 nuts in the back
there are 2 bolt on the front
I put some blankets/towels on the console and sills to prevent a lot of scratching.
For the driver's side, put the steering wheel all the way up. Lift seat and angle it inward so you remove with the track facing you and pull out.
I used the same process with passenger side.
Only pain was getting the drivers seat back in, which I still need to do because my back had enough! ***** getting old..
