I know you guys can help me with this. My 2003 Jeep Liberty runs great but lately it has had a hard time staying started. I will start the car and it will just die with-in a second or two. I will then restart it and use my left foot for the brake and use my right foot to keep the RPMS up(It's an Automatic). After driving it like this for about 3 to 5 minutes it runs just fine. It normaly starts up right away. It only does this occasionally and only in the last 2 to 3 weeks. I would say the car starts normal about 75% of the time. Any ideas?
I checked the Battery.
Cleaned the Terminals.
I have filled up at three different gas stations since it started to act up. I don't thinks it's bad gas.
I put in new Bosch 2 prong plugs in about 3 months(4,000 miles) ago.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
