The problem is that Dan does not provide waranty service. If you are looking for normal maintenace type stuff I have the place for you, but for waranty repair nothing.
It is terrible that Valley Dodge is bad, I wanted to visit them for some waranty work as well. I did talk to the people over on reseda, the service manager seemed very nice and was a viper tech. But no actual work done by them for me yet.
Wow, that's hard to believe about Valley Dodge, they've done a ton of warranty work on my Viper with no problems. So far they have replaced:
-my motor
-my a/c compressor
-all four rims
-my drivers seat cushion
-my drivers seat back
-my rearview mirror
-my center console
-my CD player
-my valve covers
-my hardtop
Of course I throw them a few dollars every time I brig it in.
Would it be possible to get the name of the person you deal with over there? Usually it only takes 1 person to be nice and the others fall into place. Perhaps the others just have been dealing with the wrong people.
PS. Thanks for the alignment specs, the car handles unbelievably.
