SFI Bellhousing

I was stopped this weekend at the races, everything was technically perfect, Rollbar, driveshaft loops...etc, but not the Bellhousing, I need a SFI approved Bellhousing. Is there anything out there that fits directly, or do I need to buy what's offered and fabricate an adapter...? Any advice is welcomed.

Your easiest path is to install an SFI transmission blanket. Bill @ APEX Motorsports dug up the proper one for the Viper, so I'd pop him a line if he doesn't weigh in on this thread.

According to NHRA is a blanket not good enough, they want a SFI Bellhousing or a custom built shield in steel. We will build one this weekend.
