So I have had my car a week and since it is a 81,000 mile car, there are some areas that are just not up to my standard. The door sill screws are driving me nuts everytime I get in and out of the car. Just dirty, rusty, nasty looking.

I took the screw out, cleaned it well with simple green and a toothbrush, then sprayed it black with some rustoleum black.

While that was drying, I took Q-tips and cleaned out the hole. By the time I finished with that, the paint was dry enough to put the screw back in and was happy with the results.

It might seem petty but it makes a difference. I have to finish the rest and start on that sill and carpet. :)
