squeaky hardtop

My hardtop on my RT is sometimes squeaky.
What is the best thing to use on the rubber, that will not damage the paint?

I've never tried it but when I got my hardtop I was told armor-all

Dialectric Grease is what I use on the rubber to seal and stop sqeeks as per General Motors.

Won't that make a mess and allow dirt/debris to get trapped?

spray some silicon spray on a rag then wipe on rubber. that will do the trick
