If you haven't seen the specs on the new 430 Modena I think you should, I think it should be one of the most competitive sports cars out there. It is running close to 500 h.p. and 100 more lbs of torque. With the power to weight ratio this car should be a real screamer.

Be sure to get your order in because this car is already 3 years back logged.

I'm not a big fan of the 430's front fascia air intakes, but mechanically it's vital that they upped the power to stay up with the high performance competition, which is now set at 500HP.

The NSX is a good example of what happens if a performance 2-seater manufacturer doesn't update their car's performance to compete.

I expect that the 430 will be pretty much match the current SRT-10 Viper's acceleration, with the 430's lighter weight and higher revving engine compensating for the Viper's torque advantage.

Enjoy your new toy!

430 is fantastic looking, even better than the 360. (At least in pictures, I would like to see the car in person too)

I have always thought exactly that. They retained the exotic price tag, but did not keep the car up. I always wondered why they seemingly gave up on that car. If you have ever been in one, it is one of the most comfortable 'everyday ready' exotic cars.

Anyway, the 430 looks hot. I love the enzo rear. I think the price tag is way up from the 360.

Nice!

Hello Bob

Sorry about that, my Modena is a great car. I did not really test the full potential until this past Wednesday when I had it out for on the track at the ACC. It was amazing this was the first time I put the car to the test. There weren't too many cars or bikes on the track the could keep up with this car. The shifting was perfect the handling was very predictable, very well balanced. In the power department I could have used more, not enough torque. So overall I am very impressed with this car you can't beat the styling. The only thing that happened to the car was that I lost my brakes after about 8 laps. So I had to come in every time to cool my brake fluid. I am going to bleed out all the brake fluid and get back to ACC on Thursday of this week.

Hope that answered your question, great talking to you & keep in touch..
