I just enjoyed traveling in my '04, bought new in June '05, past 52,600 miles on an Iowa-NH-Iowa vaction trip. This is my 4th full season with the car. I won't take it on the salted roads so it is active 7 to 8 months a year. I was rear ended in NH in May so the car was outo of service for 2 months waiting for a new rear bumper (which never became available!).

Anyone else actually running the wheels off their cars?

That is how many owners are running their cars over 1500 miles a (driving) month?

Anyone know what is the highest mileage Gen3 out there?

I thought there was a guy on here that drove his cross country a couple times and had 75,000+ miles on his Gen III.

Put 45,000+ miles on my Gen 2 (About 6,000/year). Doing 7,000/year on my Gen 4.
Can't afford to keep a car just to polish and park.

No comments on the tire wear please ;)

Daily Driver, everything but the snow. 71,212 miles as of this morning. 2005 Copperhead and track it about every weekend with autocross and drag racing

I've put 5,000 miles on mine in the first 5 months of owning it and it's NOT the daily driver.. I've put 5k on the DD too over the same time and I'm really happy with a 50/50 split... last year it would have been 1500 per month on the DD only.
