edit 45 mins later: Local news teaser ran already. Chuck's CBS affliate said they would feed the National story. SO this "could" be on nationwide in your CBS time slots. Many communites will highlight their local dealers on the CLOSING sheet, but the National interest here is of course the OLDEST dealership is also on the hit-list......

Chuck will chime in soon, he has Int'l guests (UK Illegal Immigrants!) and is trying to wipe the makeup off with a shop towel.....

I just watched CBS Evening News but Chuck wasn't on it.

Main thing I got from it was there is no appeal, you're on the list, your out-period. Around 1700 GM dealers get their's tomorrow. Sad times for car people. Guess this is change you can believe in.

Give them hell, Chuck. 2 of the best Viper techs near me are now potentially out of work. My tech has been wrenching my 5 Vipers for 14 years. But for him I would be driving Ferraris or Lambos. I have stuck with Dodge out of US pride and my Viper tech who is only 1 mile away.

I am sick about this--not so much for me but for these guys who have worked their a$$s off and improved the brand, Damn it
