I agree with the comments in "The best-handling car for more than $30,000". The Viper is a beast, and grips like no other. I agree it's major flaw is a lack of steering feel.
On the other hand, the article "The Best Handling Cars in America" is a mystery. I respect Mario A., but what car was he driving? It could not have been a Viper with a comment like, "The throttle pedal of the Viper GTS-R is like an on/off toggle switch. You either get a massive amount of torque or nothing." ***! That is crazy. There is torque EVERYWHERE in the Viper. He makes other comments which I totally disagree with as well. Every time I read an article that Mario is involved, it seems he has a biased towards certain makes. I don't know why, money maybe, but his comments are sometimes sooooo far from true, it makes you wonder. No, I am not a professional driver, but I do know the Viper. And some of his comments are a mystery.... I noticed the same in other articles of cars he speaks of... No crediability IMHO.
