Throttle body play?

Hello guys, today me and my brother noticed that when the gas pedal is fully depressed, you can still rotate the throttle body more than a quarter turn or so on both sides. I didn't have time to disconnect the hoses and see if the plate actually fully opens, and the further motion does nothing. Had to rush to work. Is this normal, or do the cables need more adjustment or replacement?

If there is still more travel after the pedal stops, you are not getting WOT. This is adjustable.

Its weird because the car pulls hard as is. Much thanks guys, i'll work on it today

100% WOT now, worked out perfect. I can really tell a difference and she even grunts more now
