you guys running 19/20 wheels, what size tires are you running? Only thing I have found thats remotely close is the Pirelli P-zero 345/25/20 Does anyone make a tire just a hair taller?

It is the same height as the Gen III rear tire size 345-30-19 which is a bit over an inch taller than the stock Gen II rear tire size so it changes your effective gear ratio about 0.20:1 (i.e. a 3.73 with taller tires would be the same as a 3.55 with the shorter tires).
Oh and if you have the car jacked up so the rear suspension is in full droop the taller tires will just slightly contact the front of the wheel well, so even though they "fit," they don't really fit.
