Today was a fun day! Played with a Ford GT today at Road America\'s Track!
Nothing like seeing a Black evil looking Ford GT in your rear view mirror when you are taking a few laps on the Road America track! Well as luck would have it, wife and I went to Road America for "touring laps" around the track. As the touring began we quickly accellerated to chase laps speeds of 110+ mph around the track. As luck would have it we were the second car from the end of the line of cars giving us opportunity to put some distance between us and the pack. The last car in the pack following us happen to be a Ford GT who appreciated the distance between us and the pack. I did pretty well with him in the corners but could not shake him in the straights. That things is faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaast! Well it was a good day, I kept my pride in the corners. Maybe next time I'll drive the Nitrous Injected Viper instead of the Lotus Elise. It was a fun day but not a kill day!
