Probably not without some modification. The Gen1 tonneau covers have 2 'hooks' on each side that slip down into the slots on the top of the door panels; the same slots that the removable windows fit into. Does Gen2 with real windows even have those slots?, thus the tonneau would be different, and probably without the 2 'hooks'.
