Tranny plug

[Chuck 98 RT/10]

On my 98. The tranny drain and fill plugs. It looks like an Allen wrench but I can't tell for sure. What is it? What size?

Take a 3" 3/8" drive extension and attach it to your 3/8" drive ratchet, and away you go.

It is definitly an Allen key tool. I believe its standard and not metric. I use one that attaches to my 3/8 driver ratchet with a swival head. When putting the plug back use some "Teflon" tape.

Ok, THE YEAR MATTERS as well as the build date. The plugs changed from a square drive to an allen drive.
